Lithium Battery is 100% safe and also plays a leading role in our country’s development. If we follow just a few precautions and proper guidelines of operation, we can avoid any type of nuisance and can get high mileage up to long term.
Directions and Precautions while using Lithium Battery
- Always wait for at least 20–30 minutes before and after charging the Lithium battery until it gets cold up to normal temperature.
- Always ensure to use only quality charger for the Lithium battery charging as the short-term benefit of low price can cause a long-term damage.
- Lithium Battery charger charging current must not go more than half of battery capacity. For example, if user has 30Ah lithium battery then charging current must be up to 6 Amp.
- Keep away your EV or EV Battery from any kind of inflammables and always avoid high temperature environment.
- Avoid to keep your EV or EV Battery in direct sunlight and always ensure a shaded and open environment for EV or EV Battery and charging in direct sunlight is strictly prohibited.
- Always ensure tight connections of Lithium Battery.
- Although we have put our best efforts to make the Lithium battery a waterproof product, always avoid unnecessary contact of water or any other liquid from Lithium battery.
- Don’t ever put any inflammable material (like Petrol / Kerosene / Diesel) inside the boot space of the EV.
- If any wire is found naked or with torn cover, immediately put electric tape on the wires or visit the nearest EV dealer.
- Often some users call the local mechanics for any disturbance in EV and the local boy usually checks battery by generating a spark by short-circuiting the battery terminals together which can cause severe accident and this activity is not permissible at all with Lithium Battery. User is advised to only visit authorized dealer or service center in case of any disturbances.
- Don’t use Lithium battery pack as automotive battery in diesel / petrol cars.
